What you are talking about is Single FILE or single link downloads.

Single extraction simply means that when you extract the rars, you get the movie, as opposed to many other sites, where you extract the rars and get another set of rars, which again need to be extracted.
This is SINGLE EXTRACTION, so you only need to extract once to get the movie.

As for the links, we try giving large sized links, so that you don't need to download tons of files. Please keep in mind that these are all 4.5 - 40gb movie files, so single links wouldn't be a good idea, since the filehosts have filesize limits, and if you have a corrupt part, downloading in split files means you only need to redownload a small portion of the movie, and not the whole movie.
